Karate-Do
“Kara” is the Japanese for empty while “te” means hand and “Do” translates as the way, or path. Karate-Do is “The Way of the Empty Hand”.

Randall D'Souza Sensei - Rank: (Sandan) 3rd Degree
Has been training Karate starting in February 2009. He has been directly taught by Goran Glucina Shihan and Senior Sensei when he entered SKIFNZ as a beginner and successfully attained his Sandan in September 2019 . Randall has a PhD in Biomedical Science.
